"angustia" was constructed before the sun came up on a summer morning using a collection of recordings I made, collected, or sampled and chopped up. These recordings were part of a playlist I would listen to when I needed to either focus deeply or get lost in something in order to float freely. Basically sounds for deep mental and physical distress. Arranging these sound together was an attempt to make them useful for others experiencing extreme distress, but I think you can listen if you're feeling good too. I hope you're feeling good. I think these textures, tones, and rhythms are beautiful. I hope you enjoy them like I do.
